Incoming Mutilate Combat or Mutilate buff
In the official forums to read these days that the Mutilate spec is to get a buff. How exactly is supposed to look up to date is still unclear.
First I try the current status in the T9 content as well as we play:
As written in the last posting was in my opinion Combat "all in all" Content already in Ulduar easy to clear before Mutilate. Mutilate was definitely playable and not a "no go", but doubt was made with Combat definitely something wrong in any encounter.
Combat delivers consistent high DPS and a lot of useful cooldowns for necessary burst phases. At the same time it does not suffer from target changes. While there are a few Encounter, where Mutilate better in practice than Combat cuts - but I do not see any progress with the Lich King encounter a hard mode, in which both represent Specs definitely not a "raid brake".
With T9 Gear, there is even a slight boost for Combat.
The reason is the itemization: In addition to the primary stats, to all Rogue items for damage shall (Agi and AP) and the care for both specs, at least for damage growth on the same scale, there are secondary stats, which are not found on any Item:
Haste, Crit, ARP, Hit and Expertise
These are all secondary
Stats for Mutilate not "the great charm". Expertise has a relatively easy to reach cap. Hit loses general information about the Giftcap Specs for all important and therefore offer themselves as Stats to "stack" only Haste, Crit and ARP.
None of them is particularly high for Mutilate in the course. I used the spreadsheet Mutilate not long, but moved the EP Haste and ArP about 1.2 to 1.4 in his area and the EP of Crit at 1.5 to 1.7.
situation is different in Combat, where ARP can in T9 Gear reach values of up to 3.
summary: As a Combat Rogue Gear can be explained by a slightly higher DPS boost reach, than Mutilate.
remains as open as you can buff the DPS Mutilate thoughtfully. And that is so far not so easy as the one that you can not Assassination talents in T1-T3 buff the skill tree - as these can be mitgespect of Combat (strictly speaking probably fall out and T4 talents).
and T4-T9 design to be difficult because they mitgeskillt in the most powerful PvP Spec can be.
seeking is thus, in principle, something that the ARP Boost compensates for the Combat itemization, while no significant boost popular PvP specs brings.
Am I therefore believe that the changes move either between T9 and T11, or affect additional functions of skills to be applicable in PvP hardly used.
